Brotha Lynch - Corpse Came to Dinner
Okay, so apparently there’s this new thing called,
“I steal your book and put zombies in it to make money off of the novelty.”
It sounds pretty fantastic. The genius behind this scheme is writer Seth Grahame-Smith. You may know him from How to Survive a Horror Movie, or perhaps from his better known work entitled The Big Book of Porn. He’s taken the literary world by storm with his ballsiness and willingness to take on the subjects that no one’s writing about.
In this case, zombies.

The Trilogy Meter
I figure this pretty dead on Trilogy Meter belongs on a blog devoted to pop culture. I wonder how The Watchmen sequels will fair on this chart. Anyways, feel free to discuss this in the comments, because we have those now!

Probably one of the better ways to pass time is to watch vampire-anythings. In this case we’re talking about a vampire movie! And fuck Twilight, it’s all about “Let the Right One In.” Not only are there some sick vampire attacks, but this vampire love actually makes you feel. Should I mention that there’s a stupid funny cgi scene that involves a lot of cats hissing? Watch it, there’s nothing better than Swedish vampires.
In my opinion, Tom Jones’s major mistake in this video was that he refused to accept that he looked like someone’s dad. As a result, he comes off as a complete child molester.
It’s like Brad Pitt thinking that he could be cast in the movie Sideways. Sometimes you just have to accept that you are a sex symbol, or in Tom Jones’s case, that you once were, but are no longer.
Someone just needed to go up to Tom Jones and say,
“Actually, Tom, it is unusual.”
The-Dream - Walkin on the Moon (Feat. Kanye West)
Whether or not you know who The-Dream is, he most probably has made you shake it. This is the guy who wrote “Umbrella,” “Touch My Body,” “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It),” and a bunch of other jams for Usher and Jamie Foxx, just to name a few. Well, now it is The-Dream’s turn for the spotlight, and he sure as fuck deserves it.
Take this track, off his latest album Love Vs. Money (out in two days!), which is just the tip of the iceberg (pause) when it comes to this man’s genius. Here are some quick observations:
If this is what the year 2085 sounds like, then I’m at least glad my children will have a bright future.

I wonder if Adidas knows how much I want these shoes. I’m guessing not, since if they knew, they would probably give them to me…you know, before I kill a man to get them (i.e. how much I want these shoes).

I cannot believe that this is not a tremendously popular viral video on the Internet, and I am taking to opportunity to make it such. As a plus, this is by Whitman graduate Sophie Johnson, making it almost relevant to the Secession.

Lily Allen is the dream girl because she is enough of a wreck to make you pay attention and pretty enough to make you care.
